How do I know if my website is outdated?

A website is 'outdated' when it no longer supports the business, not simply when it's a few years old. We check mobile experience, speed, security, CMS, accessibility, message clarity, visual quality, conversions, and ease of updating. If the site is technically solid and still converts, there's no need to redo it just to follow a design trend.
