What remains subject to third-party licenses?

Components that aren't fully developed and transferable by SqualiOnline remain subject to license: SaaS platforms, open source libraries, fonts, plugins, APIs, AI models, cloud services, payment gateways, and other vendors. The offer must clearly distinguish what the client owns from what they use under license.
