Who owns the software after delivery?

Ownership of the developed software and usage rights are defined in the agreement, and in SqualiOnline's model, the goal is to give the client real control over the delivered project. Any reusable proprietary technology, open source components, or third-party services remain separate and subject to their own licenses.
