Are our company documents used to train models?

This shouldn't happen, but it can't be assumed: it depends on the model vendor and the plan in use. Business plans and APIs usually exclude content from being used for training, while free versions often don't. This is a point to verify in the vendor's terms before connecting company documents, not after.
