Why can an AI project have such different costs?
An AI project can range from an assistant that searches a few documents to a multichannel voice system connected to a CRM and databases. Costs and timelines change with models, volumes, integrations, sources, security, testing, and local or cloud infrastructure. That's why it's important to separate initial development from operating costs.
