What can slow down a project?
A project can be slowed down by changes in scope, missing materials, access to third-party systems, undocumented APIs, dirty data, late feedback, or unapproved decisions. That's why the timeline also lists dependencies on the client and external vendors, not just SqualiOnline's development hours.
