I want to eliminate double data entry: how is that done?

We define a single source of truth for the data and connect the systems that currently require entering it more than once. APIs, webhooks, or automatic imports transfer the information; workflows and permissions determine who can change it. If a piece of data has to be copied manually every day between two pieces of software, that's a top candidate for integration.
