Can I decide what the AI must never say?

Yes. We can define banned topics, statements that require a fallback, words or promises to avoid, and cases where the AI must state that it can't answer. For important constraints, we don't rely on the prompt alone: we add rules, filters, permissions, and human handoff where necessary.
